The capability that you can do real-time transformations between formats like shapefiles or CSV files without any programming knowledge was very helpful in our project because we were working remotely so it saved us lota time which helped by reduce cost as well! Nothing much I found positive about this tool but yes there are some things i felt difficult while using them especially if your not familiarized properly then sometime these tools may make u feel frustrated!! But overall its good product still recommendable even though they have price tag attached just go through their demo version first before purchasing otherwise spend more money instead.
