the thing is amazing. When my eczema flares up or my skin is particularly dry in the winter, applying a small amount of Atrac-Tain once a day allows me to go from a good regular lotion every few hours to a regular lotion once or twice a day. . It's not a cheap lotion but I don't need a tablespoon to be absorbed and feel oily, a small amount is enough to speed healing and lock in moisture.
