Watch out for the electricity bill!

I'm an electrical engineer and I've tested this device: the charging looks pretty impressive, but unfortunately the charger still drains your power even if you pull something out loud, 24-50 watts all the time! (Please look at the picture! (Assuming it is 0W) Watch your electricity bill! In this case, the only option is to unplug the charger after charging! Arek
