Some Sumfin required

It's so cute and my cat loves it. However, it doesn't go to bed when my cat is using it. I have to press on a corner to keep it from falling. It also slides very easily on our wooden floor. I've tried applying a coat of paint to the underside to improve grip but it didn't help much, especially when it tipped over in use. Although my cat likes to use it
