I replaced an OEM Delphi compressor on my W-Series 05 Workhorse chassis, it fits snugly. One thing; The instructions say to turn the pulley a couple of times before installing it - and use a special wrench if it won't turn. Well, that's almost impossible now with the orange cap. I drained the oil and started over anyway, to my surprise the compressor sucked up all 8 ounces of oil which made the installation easier. After installation, before replacing the crescent belt, and after installing the hoses, rotate the pulley to get some oil into the condenser.
