Assembly was quick and easy. I've been using this chair for a couple of weeks now and it rolls great, supporting my 275lb, 6ft 5in frame without excessive squeaking or other signs of significant strain. Most of the shape is very comfortable and maintains good posture. However, I get most of my height from my torso and the headrest is attached in such a way that it actually hits the top of my shoulder blades, which is not comfortable at all. but I wouldn't buy one again. However, if you're not a 6ft 5 cannibal like me (or a child or adult with a disability) I think this chair will suit you very well.
