Pros: Well packaged, fairly easy to assemble, feels solid, Cable clips are easy to use and effective, Allen key clip is handy Cons: Requires included hex key anytime you want to adjust the height (if the tension is right, windage and tilt adjustments can be made without tools); I like the look of the matte black finish, but it seems prone to scratches (hence I deducted a star for durability); The tilt adjustment screws where the monitor connects to the arm require a bit of torque to get the correct tension to hold. it seems solid but I was a little worried about breaking something before tightening the screw enough. After just one day of use I can say that I am satisfied with my purchase and find the mount to be excellent value for money. I would recommend it to those looking for a mount that you want to install and not adjust very often. I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for something that updates frequently.
