Update :The customer service is excellent. Everything that was damaged/ imperfect was replaced .Received in good condition, with the exception of the lat guide bar which was dented as others have stated .The lat attachment is the least desirable aspect of the cage. The pulleys are not very smooth and the assembly has excessive movement during use. Comparable to what you would expect from Walmart or Dicks . Additionally, the welds are imperfect on the main lat brace causing the lat assembly to tilt .The land mine needs two bolts to prevent rotation and increase stability. I drilled and installed an additional bolt .The attachments are cheaply made and are ok for a backup .I added a vertical barbell holder .Customer service responded promptly for the damaged parts . I was offered $20 refund for the crooked lat brace .With a few improvements the unit would be more desirable.
