Bad performance; Poor volume balance
The product just didn't work properly. While it's true that I was able to record both sides of the phone call, that's only true in the broadest sense. My part of the conversation is well recorded. However, the voice of the person I was talking to was barely audible on the recording (recorded with GarageBand on my iMac). I've tried several times, adjusting various settings for the iMac burner and UI, but nothing worked. I have to say that the return process was easy and straightforward.
