I bought this more expensive brand because it was advertised as non-bleeding and held the lashes well. I didn't find any of them true. According to the instructions, the liner should dry for 2 minutes. I tried, but whenever I opened my eyes, the liner transferred to the upper eyelid. I tried keeping my eyes closed for another 2-3 minutes before applying my lashes and it just pulled the liner out of my eye and the lash wouldn't hold. I'm no makeup guru or lash expert, I made a complete mess and had to use 3 cleansing cotton swabs and 3 cotton balls of makeup remover to look presentable. I should add that I never got her to hold on. I'll keep practicing but for my first try I was a bit disappointed.
