I don't know what happened. When I first put on this bad boy, it was a game changer. I work in a noisy environment so having something to block out the noise while on the phone is absolutely essential. The first 30 days were cool. It sounded great and you couldn't hear people talking 5ft away. Then one day it just stopped being good. The sound quality on my site has become very muffled and the mic practically INCREASES my background noise. Now I get complaints that people 20 feet away sound as clear as daylight. like they're sitting on my shoulder or something.
