I first fell in love with NLA for its whey protein when I tried a banana split with peanut butter about two years ago. This was the tastiest protein powder I've found. But then NLA for Her came out with Cookies & Cream Pie and it's my new favorite flavor! It tastes great and is my daily companion. I use it as a snack or make a protein shake for dessert because it tastes so good. It mixes well with both milk and water and I get the perfect consistency every time, which I love. I love that it's low in calories and carbs and doesn't throw me out of ketosis because it's sugar-free. I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners, so I hope in the future they consider making their protein powders with natural sweeteners like erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit.
