I run a little and walk a lot. I love having water with me, especially in the summer, but I don't like carrying around a 20 ounce metal container. Sometimes I still took it with me, but often on a round trip I left it at the beginning of the path. After losing two containers this way, I realized I needed a better idea. This container really fits. I couldn't believe it actually held 500ml, but I tried it with a standard water bottle and it was pretty accurate. I find it handy to carry around and the bite valve makes it so easy for me to get to the water that I actually finish it before I get home. I roll it up almost like a tube of toothpaste, I drink water, roll it up from the bottom and hold the rolled part with my fingers. It sounds awkward but it actually makes my grip more secure and not annoying at all. This allows me to push and bite at the same time.
