We have had this juice for a few months and have used it several times. I like the juicing, the noise level, the ease of cleaning after disassembling. But the biggest problem is that the pulp/seeds get stuck and it's very difficult to unlock the juice cup. At the moment our juicer is just stuck, we cannot unlock it no matter how hard we try, almost for fear that it will break. The juice cup locking mechanism needs improvement, it's not ergonomic at all or easy to unlock after juicing.
