I had a much thinner (and well used) silicone baking mat that wasn't big enough, so I decided to buy one for me and my sister. Law (who bakes a lot more than I do). Two of the same size fit my large pan, and the smaller one is perfect for the "toast" tray. They are a lot heavier than my first one and I love the fact that they are 480 degrees secure. This is important to check as not all carpets can reach this temperature. They are "non-stick," so it's important to remember that the instructions say "DO NOT USE OIL."
