The phone arrived on time, the box is in perfect condition. Setting up a speed dial is quick and easy. My 95 year old father had it not long ago but so far he loves it and it works as advertised. He can hear him calling him and people talking to him. This happened a few weeks after the phone arrived and installed without any problems. It still works great. No claims; would buy it again.
