Good. This is another example of how an "algorithm" doesn't necessarily have to be evil. I've recently bought a lot of roof rack stuff, including a roof rack tarp for my SUV, and have been looking for other tents that will fit your car/SUV. We hike a lot and regularly carry inflatable SUP boards, retractable awnings, large tents and camp chairs that I strap onto my roof rack. This usually involves a series of curses and somersaults while struggling to keep my balance in the tailgate to secure my ties. I'm not exactly short, but definitely not tall at 5'4. It's an acrobatic act, standing straight in the doorway and applying enough force to tighten the straps the way I want them. This little door step appeared in a "You might like it" commercial and I knew I was going to LOVE it. It's very easy to use. Strong steel and very stable. It's insanely easy to use - just unfold, slide the top step forward, hook the hook into the door latch on your car's door pillar, then pull down until the triangular sleeve sits flush on the door pillar standing with one foot on the step and one foot on the arm of the actual door - for me that's the perfect distance and height - allows me to get my hips up to the top of the door/roofline and allows me to to be really stable when putting things up on the roof and tightening the ties. I love it. Packing all our gear and securing it securely just got a lot easier. I have two - about one for each side so I don't have to keep switching them while I'm packing. I will post some photos and instructional videos if I find someone to take photos for me. Packing a lot on the roof will make your life a lot easier.
