Review on Kurt Adler 11 25 Inch Treetop Color Changing by Chris Hayes

I was looking for a nice treetop for my friend's Christmas tree. I wanted something with color because I thought his tree needed it (since he only has white lights). But I wanted something tasty and not too childish. In the image shown, the colors of this treetop appear scattered and not overly offensive. Unfortunately it isn't. The colors are bright and isolated rather than pastel and diffuse. It's sticky. I also wanted a treetop that was a good size. It might actually be too big. But it wouldn't matter what size the topper actually was with such a horrific design. The lowest point of the star does not sit securely in the green mount and the mount is too short to mount it anywhere. The holder is also too narrow to hold many branches. We never left the treetop directly on top of the tree; it was always oriented almost perpendicular to the ground. However, it was so ugly that I didn't even want to try to get it to work. It has been removed and will most likely not appear next year.
