I've used membrane keyboards for the entirety of my life. I've toyed with the idea of switching to a mechanical model, but given that I frequently type in the dark and occasionally get something spilled on my keyboard, I ultimately decided to purchase a new membrane keyboard of higher quality. I have no regrets about this decision. Received pros: That keyboard is awesome, and I truly enjoy using it. Each key's backlight can be personalized in a variety of different ways. Stunning form devoid of any odd or unexpected curves. After modifying the functionality of the media keys, they now perform in an unpredictable manner. It used to bother me when I pressed the buttons that altered the volume (+/-), but now I'm used to the fact that they don't always respond when I push them.
