Use them when I'm working at my desk at home. Usually listens to music and YouTube videos/podcasts. The sound quality is actually very clear, even at low volume you can hear very well, the volume limits are not objectionable. During audio playback, the noise cancellation is decent, at low volume the cancellation is poor, but that's to be expected from most headphones. I think the battery life is okay. After being fully charged all night and since about 9am this morning, I was notified to charge at 2pm. So 3 hours, as usual advertised. Charging the case is quite fast, convenient, charging starts immediately, no complaints. Used for a phone call, quality is good. Distance 33 feet per box. my phone and 1 room and I walk through the basement with little to no interference. My only major complaint is the multi-device pairing. It's difficult to quickly switch pairing from one device to another. Today I plugged in the right and then the left earbud separately, turned them both off and was finally able to restart and connect them.
