Bought this for a friend who never seems to have had a long cord for her phone. Although the color didn't quite match the phone, the cord was adjusted to length, which she's most pleased about. She stretched the old cable on her phone so much that the connection became static, the new cable solved that problem too. She explained that she couldn't be happier with it. That way she can do other things while she's on the phone, sometimes during a conference call.
