I really needed new factories but I got them, tried several times according to the instructions, wrote to tech support and they said try something else, it didn't really help, and when it didn't help Help and wanted to return, they tried to make me pay, I of course fought it and they gave me a full refund, but it was a waste of time, I was really messing around, I needed it as I only have 1 now.
