Simple, streamlined system allowing seamless communication
Nothing! I personally have not found anything to dislike about this software. It is easy to set up with little knowledge needed of coding or computer skills required. The platform is intuitive which makes training courses simple for us. We are able to monitor who enters all areas of the building using one central interface. Our safety team now knows where everyone is so they know whether we need more security guards patrolling an area. This helps them make informed decisions that improve overall guest experience.
Pros
- Easy access from phones, tablets & computers
- Secure messaging between users in real time via email notification no phone calls / texts allowed.
- Security badges can be customized per user
- User profiles allow administrators (non tech) see when employees clocked onto their PC's/laptops
