During work the machines were great: the contours make them easy to hold and manipulate when cutting, many sizes of attachments, easy to disassemble and clean, the battery stops for a haircut.NO! After only three uses it stopped working in the middle of a haircut (thank goodness I had old wire cutters). I reset my outlet, checked my old Wahl clippers and hair dryer, and even checked my outlet. They just stopped working. I do not know why. Choice customer service was terrible. For over $100 I expect them to last for years. My $20 Wahl clippers have still worked for over two years. I just wanted something easier to use without getting tangled in the cord.
