Adds some nice cushion
Overall I’m pleased with this pad. I have it under a shag rug on hardwood floors. There is one coffee table over the rug so just that keeps it from slipping. A smaller rug or one without anything on it would probably slip on hardwood without taping it or somehow else securing it.
- Provides added insulation during cold weather months
- Can be difficult to handle due to its weight and bulk
