Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good product. Great company

Overall I gave it 5 stars because I don't want people to overlook this. The price is great and the company has great customer service. The build is good and there's a ton of good stuff here, as well as lots of extra accessories etc. You can't beat the price for what you get. The customer service is some of the best I've seen on Amazon and that's saying something, if I could rate this part higher I would. I had a small problem with the drill guide in the template, they took care of it straight away and then some. I also made a few suggestions for improvement, which they implemented immediately. If you have any problems, just contact them directly. You send an email with the product. ADVANTAGES: Aluminum and steel materials are great, they dissipate heat while drilling. The clamping system works well and holds the material securely. The measurements are engraved on the steel to avoid marking. should last a long time Lots of accessories including extra guide for drilling thick material and extra chisels and collars. This part is for HOWOD: It's a great jig that eliminates tolerance issues with steel drill guides. but I've noticed a few things that can really make it shine. 1: I am a knife maker and as someone who works with steel I know that it tends to shrink as it is heated and hardened. I can only assume that the guides are bored out before the product cures, but if you could go through it again after it cures, the tolerance issues would be resolved. Then I would have no complaints and it would be a great product. 2: If you could engrave another ruler on the base starting at 0, the person would know exactly how thick the material they are drilling so they can set the guide correctly without another ruler to measure depth to need. Steel guides for the stop screw to grip to prevent the guide from rotating in the jig. Since the jig is aluminum it would be entirely possible to overtighten the set screws and remove the jig, but if you had a hole to tighten the screw it wouldn't take much torque to really lock the rail in place keep. If you ever decide to make these changes and send me one to review, I'd be happy to do a video review and show the improvements etc.
