I received a black stone pan and needed a good cookware set to use it. I've searched and found many expensive ones and fairly cheap ones. They seemed like a good choice so I bit the bullet and am very glad I did! The whole set is good and all the shoulder blades are perfect and make it easy to cut meat or turn multiple pieces of meat. The handles are strong, the metal is thick, the edges are sharp. They're perfect for everyone, but if you're really looking for a good set, they'll do the job.
