when we ordered the first pair of shoes we had to return them as the stitching was loose and something inside the shoes was on my daughter's foot. We came back for another pair and the shoes are great, they don't hurt her feet and fit her perfectly. I was concerned that we would have to put some cotton in the shoes to make them fit, but they are true to size.
