I did a lot a research on waist trainers and vest. I previously used a velcro waist trainer, but the velcro didn’t last long and wouldn’t stick. I really like the zipper with this vest. It fits great and confirms to your body. I can feel it working right away. It makes me sweat within 5 minutes of having it on. I would highly recommend this product!
