This is my seventh ZeLite knife, three went to friends. They are better. I am a keen cook and have tried all French and German knives, even pure carbon steel knives. Zelite knives are sharper and stay sharper longer. I keep a ceramic sharpener next to my knife block and usually need to sharpen it quickly after a few weeks. My Zelite knives have not been used for almost a year now and they remain razor sharp, I mean razor sharp. Sharp enough to cut a rotten tomato.
