I bought two of these in different colors. One of them arrived broken. Not only broken, but a pile of dust, only partially included in the case. I don't normally worry about this because something happens in shipping but the broken one was packaged differently, in airtight bubble wrap so it wasn't a mess which leads me to believe they knowingly sent me a broken product. It was such a mess I never took it out of the box. Good news? The other one, which arrived intact, is a beautiful colour, great pigment and for the price you can't beat it. Given the other reviews I've read with many reports of them arriving broken it seems like you are taking a risk by ordering them but if you can keep them intact they are great! But guess what, it's $3 and you get what you pay for. I'm fine with the game.
