I like that it allows me to check my profile as well as my job search history, which is helpful. It's easy to use and is very effective at finding qualified applicants for my open positions. I dislike that sometimes there are bugs or problems while using the system. Sometimes you have to reload a page multiple times to view something. I also wish it allowed for more customization/control over filters and sorting. Make sure you get a demo so you can see how easy it is to navigate through the site. We were able to find many qualified applicants who weren't even aware we had posted these jobs online.
