The product looks and feels like a quality product. I like the overall capacity of the bag and the double zipper on the large bag. The fabric looks and feels quite waterproof, although I haven't tested that yet. The elastic band is easy to adjust and has no protruding parts that you have to cut off yourself. As for the 32" pants size, when choosing a size with no elastic stretch I fall in the upper middle of the adjustable range. I would say 36" pants would be the largest to wear with a belt with no/minimal stretch However, they could go a little larger if you could use the elastic to its fullest.The bottom line is: don't compare the inches listed in the description to your pant size.Pants companies lie to you.Nibble:The hole for the headphone cord is located sits on the "top" which I think is a disadvantage in that if you use the headphones in the rain water could collect in the crease at the top and seep in.
