This is a great chair, it won't be great because you get what you paid for. It helps with lower back with lumbar support. This chair keeps you straight and I love it. Easy to assemble, I made it myself and I'm a woman who isn't very good at assembling things. Came with a broken plastic base (I'll try to insert a photo) but that doesn't affect the functionality of the chair. I don't suggest adding too much weight as it's not that strong.
