Arrived bent/dented, thinner than OEM, much lighter
is just a regular tray. the quality is in no way inferior to factory whirlpools. They are much lighter and the non-stick coating is thinner. This one arrived warped where it couldn't sit flat and where the rubber feet are at the bottom it was dented into the tray. sent it back, useless to me and I went with the OEM hot tub although it was a bit more expensive and not available on Amazon but much better quality.
