When it works, it's amazing. It took me ages to get it online (network works) then it randomly disconnects and I have to annoy everyone in the house by restarting the house wifi. If I was here alone, it wouldn't matter. just another trip to the router. Too bad it's not wired, or at least wireless was more stable and trustworthy. Maybe it's my device because I have 3 Roku TVs and none of them have this really annoying problem. Serves me right to be refurbished :(
