Dokucert's document management system

The best thing about dokuflex is its user interface and easy to use features to upload documents online. There are many functionalities available for us but it would be good if they can add few more like uploading multiple files at once, searching function etc. I have used this software mainly to store my important documents such as purchase orders, invoices, receipts, RFXs etc.
In addition to storing them here we also upload them with our other accounting applications so that we never loose it or forget where we stored it.

Pros

It has all necessary functions required by any business person in order to run their businesses efficiently which include managing your finances (accounting), tracking expenses & incomes , keeping records safe from theft/damage due to fire

Cons
