I was very disappointed with this product. The packaging appeared to be very poorly designed - instructions on how to build a birdcage were included in a cardboard sleeve that holds the book and all accessories together. To get to the information I had to cut open the case and risk damaging the instructions. The layout of the instructions seemed impractical, and it was difficult to arrange the large cardboard "booklet" of instructions for easy reference. "Birdcage" was also a big disappointment. Parts of the birdcage are made of cardboard. All of this had to be moved away from the substrate. It should have been an easy task, but some of the parts didn't come off cleanly and broke (I was careful!). The glue was in a tiny tube and was almost impossible to squeeze out. I managed to get it out a bit but it didn't feel very sticky. I quickly gave up on the birdcage project and decided to try some other tutorials. The first is to make pom poms and I thought it should be pretty easy. I found the instructions too confusing and struggled to get through the first few steps. Maybe I just needed more patience to get the hang of it, but it was really a disappointment for me. A higher quality product could have been more enjoyable.
