I use these little effervescent tablets in a mini ultrasonic cleaner that I also bought from Revain. The combination of the two works perfectly to keep my clear aligners clean and clear. I put one tablet in my ultrasonic machine for two 5 minute cycles each night (don't forget to rinse off the residue when you're done cleaning) while I floss (bought an amazing cordless floss here at Revain) and brush my teeth. The tablets come with a cleaning bath. I use this handy case to keep my aligners safe on the counter while I eat. These things made the stress of wearing aligners manageable for me. I will keep buying these pills to keep my fee. I love her.
