Total crap, one of the cartridges was defective

The first cartridge worked fine, the printer worked fine. After replacing the second cartridge, I spent so much time cleaning the cartridge and my printer to get it working again. The print shows lines and waves on everything I print. (Yes, I have leveled my printer and cleaned the heads several times). I've tried everything and just can't get it right. Now it's too late to go back. A complete waste of money.
