Exactly what we were looking for.
We didn't buy these ties to wear to a wedding or whatever but for my husband's woodworking project. Wooden butterflies! We cut off the nose piece because we only wanted to use the strap. They are perfect for what we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. These black satin ties would probably look great with a tuxedo, but that's not why we bought them.
