The technical support team at netanium has been very helpful when I have had issues with my servers or applications going down intermittently due to DDoS attacks (or other reasons). They are always there for me if something goes wrong! Their rates seem high compared others in our industry but they will not take what seems like extortionate amounts of money from us - which we appreciate as much business means more work done by their staff!! We use them mostly because it's easy access into Azure Cloud services that were previously difficult without having Microsoft employees help you out through phone calls etc., however this could be said about many good providers who offer such excellent service so its hard deciding where your priorities should lie sometimes :).
