Review on JOOLA Simone Jardim Hyperion CFS Pickleball Paddle - USAPA Approved For Tournament Play - Carbon Fiber Pickle Ball Racket - Available In 16Mm And Swift by Jeff Pettis

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Slightly Smaller Paddle Surface (but hardly noticeable)

GENERAL:I couldn’t resist the opportunity to try out this new paddle. I’m a relatively new pickleball player but I’m a 2.5 player (and 3.0 on a good day). It might be better for someone with the skills to detect variations in paddles review this product, but I suspect finding someone with those skills would be hard within the Vine community. Joola is a respected name in the sport. I played for two (2) weeks with this paddle before reviewing. This was necessary as it was a bit different from my other paddle.PRO:(1) Surface—very nice surface for spin control.(2) Longer grip. It gives you a bit more of a choice where to hold it.(3) Durable. As I noted above, I played at least 25-30 hours of pickleball and last night, wiped it off with a damp cloth. It’s looks good as new.CON:(1) Smaller actual surface area. Official paddle regulations limit a paddle to 24 inches (total length + width). With a slightly longer grip, actual paddle area has been reduced ever so slightly.(2) White handle. This isn’t very important but noted here because it seems to get dingy with play.CONCLUSION:I can easily recommend this product. I think I will continue to play with it over my other paddle. The sweet spot on this Joola is very nice (due to it being a slightly thicker paddle). This paddle came in at 7.45 ounces.I use ebay reviews extensively to make decisions on my purchases. It follows that I should honestly review items that I have liked (or not liked) to benefit other ebay customers (as I would have them do for me).VINE VOICE: I take my responsibility seriously: Always objective; always honest. If you found this review helpful, please take time to give me a "check mark”.
