I have never given a 1 star rating before but this is truly the most dissatisfied purchase I have ever experienced. The mechanics of the grinder are very simple and it worked perfectly for about a month. Then the gears started turning. He limped for another month before quitting work altogether. I took the whole thing apart to find the culprit. Turns out it's just a poorly designed product. I fixed it a few times but now it's just beyond repair. Do yourself a favor and either spend a little more money on a better coffee grinder or just settle for the really cheap ones. This one will only disappoint you.
