I bought this to use for Bluetooth streaming in my BMW. I thought that would be ideal since it was paid for and stayed in accessory mode. BMW turns off the cigarette lighter in accessory mode. It connected well, but a serious problem became apparent. Only plays mono, not stereo. What's good about streaming music in mono? I will say that instead of the included plug adapter I had to use a 3.5mm cable to be able to plug my console. The console would have closed, but I wanted the charging cable to be installed at the same time. The charging connector is directly opposite the connector, making it too tall to cover my console. It's possible that the 3.5mm jack cable I'm using isn't wired properly, resulting in mono.
