Got this for my Dell G3 15 3579 laptop The size is perfect for a 15 inch laptop but nothing more nothing less. Fans were disappointed at best. They run on USB power, which is limited in voltage and even more limited in current. They appear to be moving A LOT of air when in fact they are moving very little. In hindsight, I wish I had something that would force air into the laptop instead of blowing almost nothing in the general direction of the laptop. If you place your hand on the edges or the back of the laptop stand, you should feel A LOT of air escaping. With this pillow, it is generally difficult to feel the air movement. Would I recommend this pillow again? Probably no. I think there are better options for the same (or similar) cost. Another clue is the noise this pad makes. It doesn't make much noise in normal operation. However, I did notice that from time to time (about every other day) he would start making these growls. I realized it was the largest fan making the noise, not the small ones. I don't see anything clearly wrong with that, but I suspect they're all just cheap, unbalanced fans. In general, I would take something else. While it's cheap, I know it won't last more than a year or two and I'll be looking for a new one.
