The left earpiece cracks and crawls out!

Item was as described, but I had to return it because the left handset had come loose. They sent me a new pair. I would note that despite the broken left earbud, the earbuds had great sound quality previously during exercise and were held fully in the ears. Hopefully they can get their quality control in place and if so they have a great product at a very reasonable price.
