I like that they offer managed WordPress accounts for reasonable prices (compared with other companies). The support is also good! Their billing department seems slow at times so it's better if you have some experience using their services before contacting them about any issues or concerns. They are currently working on making sure we're all happy which means not being as helpful in certain aspects of our business. We've been running into problems when trying something new but nothing too significant yet - just little details here & there that sometimes make things more difficult than necessary. Overall though everything has gone well thus far even without solving these minor hiccups.
