I love mine Note 8 but I don't wear it I don't like the glass feature everywhere" so I went with the Otterbox Defender. So I have a great phone in a great case EXCEPT the Note 8 in the Otterbox Defender is bloody big and doesn't easily fit in my pants Get the NiteIze case. It's a really great case. PROS * Very nice construction, strong stitching and materials used throughout. * Velcro keeps the flap fully closed and the phone is securely fastened with an elastic band at both ends to hold the phone in place.* It won't come loose from your strap (even if you want to). I have to unbuckle my belt to take it off in airports.* It's not leather, but it looks good enough that I can wear it with dockers and a button-down shirt, and you won't get a single comment or weird look . CONS * The velcro is secure but noisy, especially when you need to open the lid in quiet meetings or at the theater. I try to take my phone out before meetings. *Phone sticks out a little more than I would like, which can make it difficult to wear a sweater and can snag on coats, seat belts, and airplane seats. *My son says they don't. t cool (those are this generation's fanny packs, dad). Despite the shortcomings listed above, this is still the only option I've found that holds my Note securely in my Otterbox case, making me feel much more confident that my phone is protected and staying where I put it . I highly recommend this product.
