Normally I wouldn't return something as trivial as a bath mat. but this is the worst bath mat I have ever seen. As soon as I stood on it, I felt pain. This Pebble bath rug's suction cups hit your feet just as effectively as real pebbles. (Imagine walking barefoot across the plains of Mordor, being constantly pierced by small, sharp rocks and errant spearheads, and breathing in the noxious fumes of Mount Doom.) But let's put the intense discomfort aside for a moment and talk about its composition instead. (See attached photo) In the vast world of thermoset polymers, why would anyone choose to make their product out of materials that could be used to make baby fins? If a material causes cancer when it comes into contact with bare skin and its only function is to come into contact with bare skin, then the question arises whether the manufacturer wants to kill us. This is not a bath mat. It's a venomous, kicking torture device only good for pediatrics or beating up your enemies' unborn children. I will not buy again.
